Plhus and the Gaypu group advance in the establishment of the company’s new headquarters on the platform

The Plhus logistics platform, because of its enormous potential, strategic location and quality of its facilities, is the ideal location for the development of diverse business modes and types of companies. First-class infrastructure that has made the arrival of a new company in Huesca possible, the Gaypu group, which plans to establish its new facilities for the assembly of heavy lifting machinery and create 20 jobs in the coming years. With the signature of the deed of sale of the first phase, for a total area of 19 700 metres squared, a new step is taken for the establishment of the Huesca company in the logistics platform of the Argon capital, which will be completed in more stages up of to 57 129 768.57 metres squared. The signature has been given by the managing director of Plhus, Jesús Andreu, and the CEO of Gaypu, Roberto Garzo. In this first phase, the Gaypu Group will invest a total of six million euros for the construction of an area of 9 000 metres squared. Works will begin at the beginning of next year and their completion is expected in September 2015. This new facility will be occupied by the company Up Lifting S. A, the Group‘s company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of heavy lifting machinery.
