Company purpose

Article 2 - Social Statutes of PLHUS Plataforma Logística, S.L.

The purpose of the Company is to design, construct, conserve, manage, exploit and promote, by itself or through third parties, the Huesca Logistics-Industrial Platform "PLHUS" and, in particular, the infrastructures and equipment included in it, as well as the services that may be installed or developed in said infrastructures and equipment, all acting on behalf of the Government of Aragon directly or indirectly and according to the terms and mandates of action thereof, in name and on its own behalf or in its own name and for employed.

The company, for the exercise of the activities that make up its corporate purpose, may sign agreements and agreements with Public Administrations and individuals, obtain and manage the precise financing and, likewise, subscribe or assume, manage and transmit shares and shares of other mercantile companies.
